quick loaf cake w jam

300g silken tofu
1/4 cup sugar
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup blueberries
0.25 cup whf
0.25 cup besan flour
31 g aswini flour [229677402]
filling: 1/4 cup jam
-Cut cake in half and spread jam onto one side. place side back together.
-180/40 mins
