gingerbread cake

1 1/4 cups besan flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup applesauce
30g sugar
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup boiling water
2 egg whites, lightly beaten

-325F degrees.

Pour cake batter to the baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
