peach cake

9-inch cake pan

3 peaches (294g)
3/4 teaspoons freshly ground nutmeg
35g tropicanas
6 tablespoons applesauce
1/2 cup skim milk + 1 tbsp vinegar
1 cup besan flour
1/2 cup textured soy protein
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
-350 degrees.
-Cut the peaches into bite sized pieces.
-combine wet and dry, pour into the prepared pan.
-Press the peaches into the top of the cake.
-Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the oven heat to 325 degrees and bake for an additional 45 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
