3/4 cup skim milk+coconut extract
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 besan flour
3/4 cup textured soy protein-ground
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup applesauce
30g sugar
2 large eggs
2 egg white
1 cup textured soy protein-optional, ungrounded
-350 degrees F.
-Fill cupcake liners 3/4 of the way full (these cupcakes are too dense to rise very high). Bake for 25 minutes, or until tops bounce back lightly when touched.
